To provide a landscape design scheme for a large, new grain store with accompanying silo structures at Barton Bendish and erection of 3no, 22m high, new silos at Saxlingham. Both schemes would result in the loss of existing trees and have a potential visual impact to views from the open countryside. Planning approval for the Barton Bendish scheme was given within 5 days of submission to the Local Authority.
