ELD has completed a number of designs to gain planning approval for many Cygnet Care sites; a locally owned and family run residential care provider, with extra care facilities in Suff olk and South Norfolk.
Sites completed are at The Moorings, near Bungay; Manor House near Norwich and The Dell in Beccles.
Each site has its own set of constraints with existing trees, Tree Preservation Orders, level changes and the need to design for residents with varying levels of dementia.
