We have undertaken work for most of the major national and regional housing developers. This has included: tree surveys; Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA’s); BREEAM rating design; ecological and arboricultural reports; schemes of strategic and plot landscape design to include hard and soft landscape design; show home garden design; concept design; detailed design; public open space; and play area design for residential developments to satisfy planning conditions and gain planning approval for developments throughout East Anglia. Play area design has included Neighbourhood Equipped Areas of Play (NEAP), Locally Equipped Areas of Play (LEAP) and Local Areas of Play (LAP).
